Busser Course

Building on the knowledge and skills from the Base and Host Modules, the Bus modules will focus on the specific skills and knowledge needed to perform the busser role.

This section will discuss the roles and responsibilities of the busser. As F&B employees you should always be aware of proper sanitation practices which the Sanitation and Safety module covers. We will review a typical guest scenario which touches on how the guest views cleanliness in the establishment. Which links directly to the many On The Job Tools and Skills needed while working in the F&B operation.
