Host Course

The Host course assumes you have already taken the base modules needed to understand the hospitality industry and how a food and beverage operation functions. The Host Course will focus on the specific skills and knowledge you will need to excel in the host/ess position, allowing you to be confident in your new surroundings. The actual Host module will outline a typical day of the host, focusing on the many tips and tricks of the position.

The other Host course modules include learning Effective Communications and all about Teamwork. There is even a module on handling typical guest questions when performing this role and how to effectively handle these questions.
